Signor Vineyards is having a Progressive Dinner

Featuring Chef Ashley Odom of Feast & Merriment.

 

We will begin in The Grove with Gougere Bites with Orobianco Devils Backbone Blue Cheese and a Bubbles Cocktail.
From there we will meander on and through the vineyard.
First course is Hamachi Crudo with Pickled Peach, Jalapeno, Yuzu Shallots and Orange Oil served with Blanc de Blanc.
Five courses in all, each presented in its own lovely spot on the property.
