PAYMENTS
Credit cards will be automatically charged in advance of each shipment. Shipments are non-refundable. Please provide accurate contact information, including billing, shipping, email, telephone, and current credit card charges, for a seamless experience. If you choose to pick up your wine from the vineyard, you will have 4 weeks to do so. Wines not picked up or requested to be shipped after 60 days from the billing date are considered relinquished.
SHIPPING
If you choose to ship your wine, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping, return, and re-shipping expenses. Once processed, no refunds can be issued. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for orders that were shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided on your account. We highly recommend double-checking your shipping details prior to card processing. By selecting "pick up," you agree that if you fail to retrieve your wine by the final pickup date, it will be shipped automatically, and the shipping fees will be charged to your credit card.
