Notes: Reminiscent of a Grand Cru Chablis in personality, although Chablis offer no oak aging.

On the Nose: Granny Smith Apple, Lemon-lime, Flinty mineral.

Notes of : Medium + acidity, modest oak for balance, chalky mineral that adds to the zesty citrus flavor.

Pairs with: Chicken piccata with capers, Comte' cheese, macorna almonds with sea salt.
2019 Pinot Gris
Tasting Notes: Crisp, clean with notes of tropical fruit and peaches.

Tasting Notes: Elegant, earthy, and oaky with purple plum, stewed cherries, and a hint of truffle.

A true Texas Tempranillo from the Texas High Plains.

2018 Estate Petite Sirah
Our first Estate Petite Sirah, grown and harvested from Joanna Vineyard, directly in front of Joanna's Market.

Tasting Notes: Complex, medium tannins. Notes of blueberry, chocolate, & vanilla on the finish.
