ABOUT US
Signor Vineyards is a family-owned vineyard located in Fredericksburg, TX. Named Texas’ most beautiful winery, we are known for our enchanting gardens and award-winning wine.
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server, Host, Support, Cleaner, Admin and Food Prep to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the wine industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This is for our new location on Orange Street in downtown Fredericksburg!
Competitive Pay: Base pay+tips
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a positive, courteous, and friendly attitude towards staff and guests.

Assure that guests feel welcome, comfortable, and important.

Maintains a clean and tidy environment

Assists with special events

Maintains proper TABC certifications

Assists with opening and closing duties
QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in the service industry is preferred

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
